What is the purpose of data processing?

UBIKARE will process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Data of users of the UBIKARE Reg Covid19 tool. Authorized users of the UBIKARE Reg Covid19 tool must provide their identification data, as well as a username and password. The necessary data processing will be carried out for the management of the use of the software, as well as of access, logs, and records of user activity.
  • Health information entered into the Reg Covid19 software. In this data processing, UBIKARE acts as the data processor on behalf of the hospitals collaborating with the project. The purpose of the tool is to provide relevant statistical information in real time to assist healthcare professionals in the fight against the disease.
  • Data of voluntary donors to the UBIKARE social initiative carried out through the website www.nahia.io. The necessary data processing will be carried out for the management of voluntary donations received within the framework of the Nahia project.
  • Management of web contacts. To manage requests for information regarding the UBIKARE project, which are received through the contact section of the website.
  • Management of job applications received, which involves incorporating CVs into the job application files, as well as managing them in the company’s recruitment processes. How long will we keep your data? UBIKARE will retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected… to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and while deletion is not requested and, where applicable, accepted by the data subject. At the end of this period, the information will be blocked and retained in accordance with the legal deadlines established in each case. What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?
  • The processing of data of users of the UBIKARE Reg Covid19 tool is legitimized by the execution of a contract or the provision of a service.
  • The processing of health information in the Reg Covid19 tool is carried out in its capacity as the Data Processor on behalf of the healthcare center. Where necessary, the explicit consent of the data subject will also be requested.
  • The processing of data of voluntary donors to the UBIKARE social initiative is legitimized by the execution of a contract or the provision of a service. Where necessary, the explicit consent of the data subject will also be requested.
  • The processing of data received through the contact section is legitimized by the execution of a contract or the provision of a service. Where necessary, the explicit consent of the data subject will also be requested.
  • The processing of data for the management of job applications is based on the explicit consent of the data subject.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation attributable to UBIKARE may also constitute a legal basis for data processing.
